Put a reward based system in place which allows the students to earn prizes and rewards every two weeks, These prizes can be traded to the three students who've earned the most "Positive Points"
Do they have an IED?
Yes.
Contact the parent and get to know more about their individual needs. Are there special programs that they need, do they act out because they don't understand, is the disability solely mental or is it physical as well? Once I get the answers to these questions, I know how to better approach the student and their needs.

Give them an outlet

Have them research something they like and schedule an individual plan around that to keep their interest.
Listen to them. If there is someone they don't want to sit with/ work with/ be around try to accommodate them as much as possible without hindering the other's from learning
