Assist by performing postural drainage
Teach the patient to tritrate off the oxygen therapy
Teach to avoid aerosol hairspray
Assist the patient with walking with oxygen and without oxygen
Asses the pt breathing pattern
Administer Oxygen via venturi mask

Alburterol-ipratropium 0.5-2./3mL via nebulizer four times daily
Metropolol succinate 100mg 1tab po Qdaily
Amlodipine 5mg: 2tab 10mg po Qdaily

inflammation of lung parynchema (lungs and alveola)
mucous edema,hypersecretion (bronchospams)
barrel chest, hypercarpnia
