Acknowledging positive behavior - This would help recognize students for following rules, directives, directions, participating, etc. Encouraging positive behaviors is more effective than punishing nagetive ones.

Start commands - This is a crucial tool for classroom management. Students respond better to start commands then being told what to do, lectured at, or pestered.

Ignore - This would help reduce misbehaviors, off task students, disruptions, outbursts, etc.
Teaches kids to seek attention in more appropriate ways.
