Bandwagon Bias
Following a large group of opinions and going with the majority view
Default Bias
When someone prefers to continue with the way they have always done even when there are reasons and evidence to change.
Appeal to Improper authority Bias
Insisting that a claim is true just because an authority or expert said it is true even without any other supporting reasons and evidence
Confirmation Bias
When one seeks out information that seeks out their pre-existing beliefs and ignores information that disagrees with their beliefs.
Authority Bias
Being committed to one’s claim because an authority said so, even without reasons and evidence
Stereotype Bias
When one has a fixed and oversimplified view of a group of individuals. These views may not accurately reflect reality.
