- - - - Bob Ewell is the Father of Mayella & Burris Ewell, he is put on the Witness Stand during the trial, he is very angry & calls Tom Robinson the "n" word. Atticus gets Bob to write his name on a sheet of paper & he finds out that Bob writes with his left hand, this had something to do with Mayella having a black right eye after she got rapped. After the trial, Bob threatens to get Atticus because he knows Atticus knows what actually happened to Mayella. He gets fired from his job, breaks into Judge Taylor's House & stacks Helen Robinson until Link Deas tells him to leave her alone. On Halloween after the play, Bob attacks the two kids & breaks Jem's arm & almost kills him, until Boo Radley comes & saves the kids by killing Bob.
    - - Mayella Ewell is the eldest daughter of Bob Ewell & the woman who has claimed to be raped by Tom Robinson. She is very upset about what happened when she is put onto the Witness Stand, she' very snappy & angry with Atticus who is only trying to find out the truth & she acts very unsure & suspicious near the end when Atticus had a theory that Bob Ewell beat her instead of Tom.
    - - Burris Ewell is the son of Bob Ewell & the young brother of Mayella Ewell. In class, Miss Caroline gets a scare when she thinks Burris has a mouse in his hair, even though it's only dirt. She sends him home to wash his hair, he says he was going home either way because the Ewell's only go to school on the first day & don't come in for the rest of the year. He says some other bad things to Miss Caroline until Little Chuck, who is a gentlemen, gets him to leave & he does.
