Secretes their products, hormones directly into the blood rather than through a duct Examples:

Secretes their products through way of ducts. Not necessarily endocrine system. Examples: sweat, salivary, mammary, ceruminous, lacrimal, sebaceous, and mucous

hypothalamus.

pituitary gland.

thyroid.

parathyroids.

adrenal glands.

pineal body.

reproductive glands (which include the ovaries and testes)

pancreas.
