Prefect - Arriving on time to do the duty often covering for someone else when absent. In charge of security in the building allowing and denying people access if they do not have a valid reason to enter.
Peer Mentor - Being in charge of an activity communication is important as supervised with staff present. Often helping students with problems and try to help resolve them.
Student Representative - Attend meeting with other student reps from different apartment to voice our classmates opinions. On how to improve the college life.
Autism Focus group member - Have meetings to discuss how to improve the college life for people with special needs. In turn develop skills on becoming an ambassador.
Student enrichment volunteer - Help set out and clear activities revolving around sports and charity events. Assisting on the day with other volunteers working as a team to accomplish it.
Future Plans
I do not know what I want to be when I am older. As the subject that I have chosen for University is something unrelated to my current course that I have not studied before. With this in mind I do not know where it will lead me in the future.
The reason as to why I want to study criminology is because I grew up having a police influence in my local area. Occasional associating with them visiting at local library or home finding their stories interesting. Based in real life like the crime stories that I have read peaked my interests in solving mysteries
I have worked with police by stopping and talking with drivers going over the speed limit. With police present at the scene this network was done and selected by the safety poster me and others created for the school. Another is I hosted the coffee morning with the police it was a community event at my local library. They often drop by to talk with the residents and have a cup of tea or coffee.
Aspiration to have a career in either policing or investigation. Looking forward to exploring criminal minds and situations that lead up to this point. I like to problem solve and be organised I think gain and develop skills in this area.
