Intervention types
green cap
increasing positive experiences = job controll, organisatoinal support, personal resources, non-work resources, self-esteem, health, social support
red cape

The stress Concept
response concept = physiological reactions are crucial elements of stress/stress reaction. Exists when an individual shows a pattern of reactions irrespectable of situational factors (BUT different situations arise similar physiological responses plus person can engage into coping effort in order to reduce physiologicla reaction)
the transactional concept = stress results from interactio of environment and individual characteristics, including perceptions/expectations/interpretations/coping responses ( experience of stress = coping capability + stress stimuli)
-
the discrepancy concept = descries stres as an in congruence between individual expectations and environment
