- - - - Delegating financial tasks to the level of individual worker eg some financial task could be given to educators in the commerce department
      - Coordinating financial management resources through synchronization of activities within the administrative components,creating harmonious collaboration and understanding between various components . all parties involved in the administrative framework should have a total vision of the task
      - Creating organisational structures for the realization of financial objectives such as the administrative component and accounting component (this includes keeping data,relating to requisitions an cheques,quotation requests,expenditure authorization,receipt and subsidiary books,inventory and stock records.
      - leading or guiding
        
        To realize school financial objectives,people and resources should be mobilized. by establishing relationships(external and internal) in school business management and providing motivation and communication.
        
        Establishing formal communication channels,accessibility of information,clear lines of communication with regards to school finances by regular reports on expenditure and application of school funds, within the school,parents and the community at large. Promoting harmonious collaboration between academic and administration for effective education.
        
        Involves delegation , outlining duties and delineate tasks accurately ,informing the staff involved in finances about their positions ,job description related to authorization of expenditures, financial procedures ,financial reporting and records.
        
        Using different Motivational strategies to accord with both the needs of the staff and the community, requires different motivational techniques to encourage, so as all activities requiring use of school funds be done with enthusiasm and dedication for effective education
        
        Exercising Control in school finances
        
        Establishing a system of control to ensure that the actual financial performance is in keeping with the expected financial performance : drawing up control instructions,standards and criteria,guidelines for corrective action of all financial performance
        
        determining norms of control of financial budgeting : through quantitative control(status report to reflect schools financial position) and qualitative control (standards or criteria of quality performance)
        
        Evaluation or analysis of educational finances, through status reports , inventories,cash analysis statement cost analysis statements, bank statements, bank reconciliation statements,auditors reports,to assess,compare and interpret financial performance
        
        Setting corrective action,to re-Evaluate the planned objectives and the criteria of the functionalism of all management tasks. availability and management of information plays a very big role in the control of school finances, SASAMS is a tool or system that is helpful in controlling.
- - - - Personnel Provision including Personnel recruitment and personnel selection e.g advertising posts,,interviews and hiring ,promotions,transfers,resignations.planning by SGB and SMT
- - - - Allocating Time to accomplish certain tasks.
        Proper records of all assets registered and labeled must appear (stock /asset register)
        Retrieving and Distribution of LTSM (Book issuing form or acknowledgment of receipt form)
        Access to the library and media centers
  - - - Giving accurate and clear instructions and making sure they are interpreted correctly e.g Written instructions on borrowing books,returns and lost books from the library ,rules on replacing damaged furniture or buildings by learners. Use and taking care of sports field)
        
        Proper and purposeful Communication, relating to maintenance, storage, purchasing,distribution of all physical resources.All concerned people should be informed in due time. e.g communication is necessary if the library or media center is not opening on certain days or time.
    - - Establishing that all plans, processes relating to physical resources are carried out effectively and making adjustments where necessary. e.g Budget adjustments on expenditure. items
        Giving people the benefit of the doubt by exercising self control of physical resources and holding them accountable
        ASSET CONTROL REGISTER
        
        Exercising control on matters needing special attention and matters which are necessary for completion over other matters. for instance learners who have no desks or chars in class should be prioritized more than acquiring additional school bus Setting flexible guidelines for control.e.g returning books to the library library access cards,use of sporting kit and equipment permissions
        
        Evaluating and control measures,to ensure that all tasks or plans which relating to physical resources have been carried successfully,and also analyse what could be done for further or future improvements , for instance in case of shortages or misuse of LTSM or School furniture what corrective measures or actions are needed fundraising, donations to acquire additional resources or extra security and warnings for damages to property.
