ENGAGED EMPLOYEES WHO ARE NOW DISENGAGED CAN CAUSE MORE HARM THAN THE ONE WHO WERE NEVER ENGAGED
Employees create chaos attracting the news and government showing the bad images for employer.
Lack of engagement kills the morality and bring discruption to employer.
Disengagement can cause money lost for the employer.
More active disengagement will effect organizational resources.
Disengagement affects customers and make them unhappy.
ENGAGED EMPLOYEES CAN QUICKLY DISENGAGED IF THEY FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF
Employee got their own dependents and give their service to earn money for life.
Its up to the employees to reclaim those overtime.
Employer will give a lot of works to do without thinking that employees also need their rest
Often forced to extract more time for theirβs services.
ENGAGED EMPLOYEES CAN CAUSE CHAOS AND UNCERTAINTY INCREASED
The uncertainty and chaos increases because the level of difficulty increases in recognizing the difficulty level between the management and the employees.
The employeeβs participation adds to the existing ideas which help in improving the standard and the quality of the work.
The company always has designated leaders to engage during the meetings and however it is not essential to get the subordinates to do the same thing.
EMPLOYEES CAN GIVE UP IF THEY SENSE THAT THEY ARE BEING ASKED TO DO MORE AND MORE
Excessive work that employers give to employees adverse effects on the company and give up.
Not feel comfortable working if surrounded with discouraging enviroments
without being given the opportunity to other work which causes the dissatisfaction.
EMPLOYEES CAN BEGIN TO EXHIBIT A NUMBER OF UNDESIRABLE ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORS
Start to protest and showing a number of their signs of anger
feeling stress if the work that the manager have assign them to do are beyond their capabilities
Employees will feel that they do not have the freedom to express themselves
start to showing some toxic behaviors in front of their manager if they don't receive the support and resources they need
ENGAGED EMPLOYEES CAN EASILY BECOME DISENGAGED IF THEY ARE NOT MANAGED PROPERLY
Emotion stability of hardworking employee can be disengaged at the snap of a finger.
Only to have another claim the glory or it bears no fruit.
Turning back to the first point as the emotion is a powerful entity for a human.
Not in a situation where they might trigger stress.
