Objectives for procurement of equipment: - is to achieve good value for money, select suppliers or service providers who are reliable and economically viable for the school, obtain quality equipment and services for the school. Good procurement practises can increase the school's financial position. Procurement cycle should comprise requisitioning of equipment, financial approval, market assessment, purchase decisions, ordering, delivery, receipting and accounting for all goods and services.
