JESUS BORE WITNESS TO THE TRUTH
How has God used his Son to reveal the truth?
During his ministry, Jesus revealed that such truth related to the vindication of Jehovah’s sovereignty (...)
(...) by means of God’s Kingdom with Christ as King.
Jesus spoke the truth as no other man ever had.
Jesus never sought his own glory, (...)
(...) but made real efforts to realize God's purpose.
Jesus preached and taught the truth about Jehovah and his kingdom.
What is the truth?
Jesus acknowledged that his Father’s word is truth.
Truth seekers need to acquire “the very knowledge of God.”
Jehovah is the Source of spiritual truth. In fact, the psalmist David called Jehovah “the God of truth.”
So, the truth belongs to Jehovah God.
How did Jesus make the truth become reality?
The truth became reality by Jesus’ enlightening ministry as a Kingdom proclaimer.
It also became reality by his death and resurrection.
Jesus made that truth become reality by fulfilling it.
the truth became reality was by Jesus’ foretold birth in Bethlehem, (...)
(...) and with the fulfillment of every prophecy in all the details.
What is “truth”?
But Jesus had just answered that question, telling Pilate: “My kingdom is no part of this world," (...)
(...) adding: “You yourself are saying that I am a king.
Jesus thus made known that the truth focuses on the Messianic Kingdom.
Indeed, the entire theme of the Bible is the sanctification of Jehovah’s name through that Kingdom.
These are the truths we must proclaim.
Pilate, addressing the Son of David, Jesus, asked: “What is truth?”
Jesus is our model, our example.
We cannot walk part of the time in the truth!
Our Grand Instructor, Jehovah, through his Word and organization, illuminates the road, saying:
“‘This is the way (THIS IS THE TRUTH).
(...) with our words and our actions we can prove that we support "Truth"!
We must follow his example, following his steps.
What does it mean to walk in the truth?
It means to make the Kingdom hope the main concern of our lives.
We must live Kingdom truth.
