We have a mayor who represents our local council
Our prime minister represents our country
Federal government, state government, local government
The federal government looks after taxes, immigration, currency, health and medicare.
State governments take care of education, public transport, fire and ambulance services.
Local governments take care of garbage collection, building regulations, public health and recreation facilities.
