Usage:

NEVER USE THESE STATE VERBS WITH THIS TENSE: be, believe, belong, hate, hear, like, love, mean, prefer, remain, realize, see, seem, smell, thnk, understand, want, wish
SIMPLE (always, never, usually, often, sometimes)
USAGE:
