In my presentation I said I used a triangulation method, but this is not entirely true, due to the fact that my quantitative & qualitative questions were not 'recorded' at the same time. Secondly, I use my qualitative info to give a weight to my criteria: in this way it is embedded, but my research (question) is still solved in an exploratory way

Lessons
week 1
competences
1) Document, archive and organise work dynamically, efficiently and transparently.
2) Employ multidisciplinary tools in a rationalised way.
3) Map out stakeholders and their contexts; respond to their interactions and needs; collaborate in a trans-disciplinary way.
4) Ideate several solutions + materialise them into viable and feasible prototypes; test + iterate.
5) Adopt a reflective attitude and develop critical thinking.

coggle
The number of branches is not the amount of points you will get (obviously), but try to better visualise (converging) phases: it can be from one link to another, but it should be clear why you did what
matrix
criteria are good, but you should also implement your ideas, so it was not sufficient

My methodology
Why do you mention that your extreme user...
- is not easy to acces?
- has a harsh imago?
Aside from the fact that this makes them an extreme user, do you think this might be a cause to the problem?
