Women Suffrage
Paragraph 1: Introduction and Thesis
Thesis
This is true as many activists have several different ideas expressed in their written and spoken works, some agreeing with other activists’ ideas and some disagreeing, showing opinions can shape a movement. These activists coalesce and diverge on issues such as husbands being able to represent their wives at the polls, women using the vote to better their households and to expand their freedom outside of marriage, feminists broadening suffrage into a larger scope of women’s rights, and suffragettes taking on a specific appearance to identify with the movement. The feminist mosaic is displayed through the agreement and debates of the ideas found in these works.
