Teen Drug Addiction
-
Statistics/Facts
There are many signs that a teen is using drugs. It can be difficult to tell the difference between the pangs of adolescence and actual drug use, but parents can be proactive in talking to their teen to find out what’s going on.
-Bad grades,
-Bloodshot eyes
-Laughing for no reason,
-Loss of interest in activities
-Poor hygiene
-Diminished physical appearance
-Avoiding eye contact
-Munchies
-Unusual tiredness
-Secretive behavior
-
Teens are very vulnerable to fall into peer pressure if they are surrounded by others who already do drugs including family members.
Message
My goal for this video is to raise awareness of how easy it is for teens to let drugs overcome their lives. It is also to push friends and family who may notice someone falling into an addiction to help them before it's too late.
