        Since 1999, the First Pacific Leadership Academy (FPLA) has been a premiere training and development center with its duality and integrative nature of providing the best of both worlds: leadership programs and world-class facilities.
        
        As the Philippines's first dedicated Corporate University, FPLA plays a vital role in the growth of the First Pacific Company Limited (FPCL), other companies in the Philippines, as well as international clients. It provides need-specific executive development programs that help ensure management development and leadership succession; conducting development programs on organization development, management and leadership; and designing training programs and curriculum for various clients from all industries.
        
        These are all achieved through active partnerships with esteemed local and international educational institutions, various HR and training networks, and FPLA's own group of subject matter experts.
        
        It has established itself as a premium conference venue and corporate training provider, being recently inducted in the fourth quarter of 2013 by the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC) as one of its distinguished members - the first training center in South East Asia and the second in Asia to be given such recognition.

      - Certifications and Accreditations
        
        FPLA became a certified member of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC) in September 2013. IACC is an international organization whose main thrust is to promote and maintain quality standards in the conference and meetings industry. IACC has more than 300 member conference centers in Australia & Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. The organization has been the thought leader on the "meeting experience" for over 30 years. The IACC Conference Centers provide the world's most trusted meeting environments, services and professional support and are dedicated to successful outcomes for their customers.
        
        FPLA passed lACC's strict criteria which include Priority of Business, Conference Room Design, Conference & Business Services, Food & Beverage, Technology and Guest Rooms. An on-site assessment and audit was conducted by lACC's President, Mr. Peter Stewart, and lACC's CEO, Mr. Mark Cooper on September 7, 2013. The positive results from this final phase sealed FPLA's accreditation as a certified IACC member.
        
        FPLA is the only IACC accredited facility in the ASEAN region. The Tokyo Conference Center, Shinagawa is the only other member in the whole of Asia.
