        Ask them to message the pupil directly to agree a rescheduled time. Tell them to email us once they have agreed and we can reschedule the lesson.
- - - - However, once a tutor has met a pupil, we try to keep them together as much a possible as we want them to build a relationship.
        This is why tutors can have cover for the 2nd lesson in a slot if they have already had the first lesson.
        
        But if a tutor is cancelling the 2nd lesson before the 1st lesson has taken place, we release the whole slot as we want a tutor who will be able to attend the first few lessons.
