I love listening. I use it almost everyday or every other. Not to be conceited or anything but I would say I am a really good listener. This whole reading/concept of Listening was very relatable to what I do for my friends. I have a really close friend Brittaney. She's is probably one of my bestfriends and we talk about our relationship problems all the time and we use all of the 10 principles of listening and we use all of the active listening skills that were listed. It's amazing how I was reading this and I could agree with every single text in the reading. Just today October 10th, me and Brittaney sat in the car for 5 hours straight talking to each other and listening to each other about what's going on with our relationships. We help each other by listening, listening for ideas to give back advice, and by clarifying the situation and what's going on. I love this topic of listening because I can totally relate!
