We are often working with our buddy class (Rm. 13). We do lots of different activities together that require good communication between the students, between the teachers and students and between Mrs. Eslava and myself.

Understanding Students Needs
Teachers know how to use a broad range of instructional strategies and know which strategies are appropriate to help different students achieve different outcomes.
Journey to Iqaluit. Students were given boarding passes and brought to an "airport" where they got onto a "plane" and flew to Iqaluit. While they were there we used Google Earth to walk around. This helped us answer lots of questions we had about the place. Students recorded their observations and questions in a travel journal
