CONSIDERATIONS
Current deliverables will be completed by the end of Q3 (i.e. TM research, Director, Operations process)
Provides a good development opportunity for additional resources (i.e. Andréanne and new REG3 coordinator)
We will have clear messaging to employees that there are currently no vacancies. The process may be used to staff future vacancies, however, the purpose is primarily developmental and to provide management with consistent information across the organization on leadership pipeline

Employees who participated in the Director, Operations collective process will not be re-assessed.
BENEFITS:
A better understanding of what gaps exist in our leadership bench strength across the organization will better inform our leadership development strategies at the REG level
While external talent is more available than Operations, knowing the landscape of our leadership pipeline internally will help us better plan for future vacancies
We have provided detailed feedback reports to candidates within Operations. Employees in other areas of the organization would greatly benefit from this as well
Quarterly TM discussions will start however, we only have data for employees within Operations. This would provide consistent data / an even starting point to be able to discuss all employees
