Job share is when 2 or more people 'share' a full time job
hours and the tasks are divided between them
the benefit is that it's flexible for employees
Zero hour contracts are when the employer can use the employee as and when they are needed
there is no minimum amount of hours
they are very flexible but controversial as there is no guaranteed pay
