I think process pedagogy is more similar to what Crowley discussed because Crowley talked through each of the steps/ways to prepare for writing (proposition, invention, planning, narrowing and outlining, etc.). I remember realizing as I read Crowley's piece that she placed a lot of emphasis on pre-writing, just like process pedagogy does. I also get the impression that Crowley prefers things to be more structured, which also leads to more similarities with the process pedagogy compared to expressive.
