Site: unilateral or bilateral
Drug History
Does the patient take pain killers regularly
Any known drug allergies
Has the patient suffered from any dizziness, collapse or loss of consciousness?
Has the patient been under any stress recently
Systemic review:
Fever
Night Sweats
Weight loss
Has the patient known anyone unwell recently ?
