look for asymmetries - differences
bilateral comparison - non injured and injured
injured area and then above and below
you move around the client, they stand still
look at muscle bulk, signs of injury, deformity

ACTIVE AROM first
PROM Passive with OVER PRESSURE
RESUSTED RROM isometric
