      - ideal: patient wants to be able to go to the gym with family, dive into a pool, ride a jet ski, ride a bike,
      - Poor: where patient is at today
- - - - Activation of weak muscles will create better stability/strength and
        therefore more movement and less pain
        
        Better movement and less pain will lead to fulfilling Ideal goals
  - - - Weak muscles
      - Lack of muscle activation/control
    - - Myofascial sling effect
  - - - CHx: pt went to pick up a towel and felt lower back tighten/pinch, has woken up past 2 weeks with stiff back in the mornings (normally sign that her back is about to flare up, realizes she should have come in earlier), LBP progressed yesterday when she got out of the car
      - Neural: nil
      - Aggs: standing up from sitting,
      - Eases: prescribed voltaren, heat pack, hot shower
      - PHx: laminectomy in 2007 at L2/3, pain increased when carrying twins
    - - Belief: due to lazy muscles/lack of movement and belief of fear avoidance
        
        Treatment: serratus punch, scap ret w/ green band, prone pelvic tilt + glut contraction + hip ext without lifting leg off ground (pillows under pelvis)
        
        Less tightness in R side of Lx spine, more movement in flexion, walking less stiff
        
        Treatment: education on spine anatomy and how you can't do damage, spine is suppose to bend therefore you can bend
        
        patient's expectations on what she can do changed, positive outlook on physio
