    - - Training for staff should be systematically arranged, in line with the quality policy of each organization. And each organization creates a system of recognition that suits their needs.
    - - The spirit of teamwork among staff can be reinforced through the efforts of the management.
  - - - Discipline concerned with good and bad in any situation. It is a two-faceted subject represented by organizational and individual ethics.
    - - Implies honestly, morals, values, fairness and adherence to the facts and sincerity.
    - - Is a by product of integrty and ethical conduct. Without trust, the framework of TQM cannot be built.
    - - Is very important for employees to be highly productive.
    - - To become successful in business, teamwork is also a key element of TQM.
    - - Requires the manager to provide an inspiring vision, make strategic directions that are understood by all and to instill values that guides subordinates.
    - - A common understanding of ideas between the sender and the receiver.
    - - It should be provided for both suggestions and achievements for teams as well as individuals.
- - - - Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), a person shall be deemed to emit, discharge or deposit wastes into inland waters if:
        
        • He places any wastes in or on any waters or in a place where it may gain access to any waters
        
        • He places any waste in a position where it falls, descends, drains evaporates etc into any waters, or knowingly or through his negligence, whether directly or indirectly, causes any wastes to be placed in such position
        
        • He causes the temperature of the receiving waters to be raised or lowered by more than the prescribed limits.
  - - - • He places any matter in a place where it may be released into the atmosphere
      - • He causes or permits the discharge of odors which by virtue of their nature, concentration, volume or extent are obnoxious or offensive
      - • He burns any waste of the trade, process or industry
- - - - Main Provisions:
        
        PART I : Preliminary
        
        -There must be premises and its boundaries can be defined
        
        PART II : Safety, Health & Welfare
        
        Premises must be structurally sound with safe access to work
        
        PART III : Persons in Charge & Certificates of Competency
        
        Young persons under 16 years must not operate machine
        
        Machinery operators must be adequately trained
        
        PART IV : Notification of Accident, Dangerous Occurrence & Dangerous Diseases
        
        The occupier must notify the nearest inspector of accidents and diseases.
        
        Accidents include Loss of life, Injury to person, seriouse damage
        
        PART V : Notice of Occupation of Factory & Registration & Use of Machinery
        
        Notify Department of occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)within 3 months of the intended start date
