Core values are what support the vision, shape the culture and reflect what the company values. they are the essence of the company's identity the principles, beliefs, or philosophy of values.
Many companies make the mistake of picking core values out of thin air and trying to fit them into their organization; core vlues aren´t "one zise fits all" "best practices" in the industry. true, you can hold the same core values as yours competitors, as long as it is authentic to your company and your employees.

What are the five golden rules?
1. Set Goals That Motivate You
Achieving the goal requires commitment, therefore, to maximize the likelihood of success, you need to feel a sense of urgency and have a "I have to do this" attitude.
There should not be many objectives in a given company because having many objectives on the one hand causes no one to achieve it because there are so many that there is not even time to take care of them.
2. Set SMART Goals
The simple fact is that for goals to be powerful, they should be designed to be SMART.

3. Set Goals in Writing
the physicla act writing a goal makes irt real and tangible. You haven´t excuse for forgetting about it. As you write, use the word "will" instead of "would like to" or "might."
