        People (health care, education helpers) don't want to end up living and working there due to the hard living conditions in the mountains

  - - - However some developing countries are not as wise with their resources and officials are often bribed to allow mining in their country with minimum share of profit and transfer of technology. This leads to a loss of resources and the lack of laws to foreign companies lead to hard/unsafe work environment and poorly paid jobs for miners.
