GOAL SETTING
If you want to succeed, you must set goals. Without goals you lack focus and direction.

THE FIVE GOLDEN RULES
- Set goals that motivate you. Motivation is the key to achieving the objectives.
- Set SMART goals.
3.Set goals in writing. Put the objectives in visible places to remember every day what they intend to do.
- Make an action plan. Fix a process that can achieve the result.
- Stick With It. Setting goals is a continuous activity.

Specific. The goal must be clear and well define.
Measurable. The goal can measure you degree or succes.
Attainable. Set realistic goals.
Relevant. Goals that can be achieved according to what you are focused on.
