        You could even go as far as to say in some instances the supplies are being cut off
    - - Chapter three summarizes the upcoming judgement of Judah & Jerusalem, which will be leveled on them by God and enacted by the Assyrians
    - - All the supplies will be cut-off from the cities
      - The leadership of the communities will be removed
      - They are being punished because they have fallen into sinful ways
      - They are warned they will reap what they sow
      - The ones who are leading will cause the others to sin
