Miranda v Arizona- During this case the defendant, Ernesto Miranda, was not informed of his fifth amendment rights during his interrogation. This means he did not know he didn't have to testify against himself. The evidence found during the interrogation was not to be used against Miranda.
6th Amendment

Accused have the right to an attorney and if they can't afford one themselves, one will be provided.

2nd Amendment

The right to bear arms is good because it allows for the people of the United States to protect themselves. Some people feel that the Amendment is only aimed at the militia and that allowing citizens to own fire arms is dangerous, but if making it illegal to buy guns will not stop dangerous people from buying them anyway.

8 Amendment

Gregg v Georgia was a court case in which a man was found guilty of armed robbery and murder. He was sentenced to death for the murder. He ended up challenging the sentence as a "cruel and unusual punishment". The sentence was never overruled.
9 Amendment
There are individual rights that the people have that are not stated in the Constitution. Such as gay marriage, drinking age, driving age, and abortion limitations.

Freedom of speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Press, Freedom of Assembly, Freedom to Petition.
Freedom of Speech- Cannot cause public hazard. Cannot be threatening. Cannot be hateful with threats.
