At the moment, request for logical access is limited to extracts of all client specific system logs, inclusive of: chat logs, admin panel access logs and api logs. In order the request for such logs, K-C’s project manager in-charge of the chatbot project will have to formally make the request via email. Post validation by the 2359 team, logs will be extracted and a secure download link will be provided from the K-C data team to retrieve and then analyse.
