1) Keep it short (just one side of A4 paper) and to the point.
2) Put the information about the date, time and place i bold type.
3) Get the most important information into the first couple of attention-grabbing sentences-who, what, where, when, and why.
4) Include a quote that sums up your campaign message.The paper can print it to save themselves the trouble of interviewing you.
5)If there a lot of detail to include, put it in notes at the end.
6)Give a contact name and phone number at the bottom in case the journalist wants to follow up the story.
