Sections of Tafseer
First Section - To consider how people know
Certain things that you have to do ← you don’t have excuse to not know
Like prayer
The quran language come from god is in arabic, so they know the tafseer because they know arabic
Fardik faya: collective duty, to know the full vocab used in the quran
You don’t have to know EVERYTHING (as in words), but only a few people know. For example, if you don’t understand a word in Quran you could go to Quraish so he can define it for them. So if a few people know it, you don't have to know it.
Stuff that only scientist know or the people who only specify in certain subjects; not a lot of people have knowledge but some do
Eg. Inheritance, not everyone knows it, so you go to muslim judge and he will divide it ← so you don’t have to know how to divide it because someone else knows (fardik faya)
Things that only allah knows
Like when the day of judgement and when you are going to die
Its haram to say that you know something that only Allah knows
Second Section - Considering the way to reach tafseer
Tafseer using opinion- Tafsir ar raii’
