Context analysis of living a healthy lifestyle
people may not have the equipment they need to be able to fulfil their healthy lifestyle
people don't have enough time to be able to eat healthily and instead buy and eat convenience food
People may not have the money to become part of a gym or buy a membership ton keep healthy
people have sedentary lifestyles which may stem from their jobs for example if they have a desk job full time then It can have negative effects on their health such as eyesight, weight, posture etc...
People may not have access to a garden or recreational area where they can exercise
heart conditions or asthma may constrict them from participating in physical exercise
parents may discourage children from doing sports that they don't like
some cultures or religeons may not allow or may restrict the types of sports people can play within those ethnic groups
people may not exercise through fear of being ridiculed by others possibly due to their weight
people may not have access or the money to buy equipment to participate in exercise
people may not have anywhere to exercise in such as a recreational area
people may not exercise due to mobility issues such as serrible palsy as an example
people may have suffered some sort of mental trauma and so do not live in a healthy lifestyle due to depression or PTSD to name a few
people may have cases of insomnia where they lack sleep and so they are tired and less motivated to do sports
people may not get enough vitamins such a s working in an office job with not much sun light seeping in
people maybe very stressed and it takes its toll on their wellbeing which means that they don't live a healthy lifestyle
people may smoke so they cannot exercise for long and it has an effect on your lifestyle
people spend too much time on phones consoles and computers that they don't spend time outside exersicing
people on low income jobs and have to work multiple jobs to afford to live may not have enough time to cook fresh band rely on frozen foods as a major part of their diet
some people may rely too heavily upon public transport or their own private transport to even think about running, cycling, jogging, skateboarding, scootering, etc to their destination because it takes longer and is less comfy and practical
some people aren't brought up with the same education and understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle so do not practice this
some people may live in very remote areas where they do not have access to the simplest of equiptment such as a football so cannot live a healthy lifestyle
lots of people are vegetarians and thus do not eat meat which is a rich source of protein in our diet, they don't however sub in other sources of protein to make up for this such as nuts and eggs for example. This leaves a major gap in their diet which is not good as it can cause a protein deficiency
over exercising is very bad too as cutting out key elements of life to exercise (such as skipping school or work) is just as bad as not exercising at all. It could be considered even worse depending on the situation of the person and how much they over exercise themselves, this is typically linked with eating disorders as the person wants to get as much of a muscle gain as possible to look like a very fit person as they think others will be envious or attracted to it
some parents may stop their child from participating in exercise such as cycling, road running or sea/ lake swimming due to the potential risks involved for example being hit by a moving vehicle on the road or colliding with a water-borne vehicle during swimming
people may be dissuaded from outdoor exercise in places with high levels of pollution in the air due to the possible health risks it can pose
people on low income jobs that rely on themselves to afford to live and so have to work multiple jobs simultaneously will not have much free time to exercise and so don't
people may have limited space to store equiptment limiting them as to what they can then take part in for example they may like fishing which involves a lot of equipment to take part in which can be a problem with limited space in an apartment.
people suffering from obesity have reduced mobility and so may limit them to certain points of exercise
injuries that are either pre-existing or current may restrict what they can do to have a healthy lifestyle
if you are depressed then you may lack motivation to exersice
