supporting developing countires
lack of food
people in developing countries may have trouble growing crops because the rain might destroy them and so they will starve if there is no food to eat/sell
natural disasters like tsunamis and earthquakes will destroy any crops/food grown therefore will starve the villagers living in those countries affected
animals living in the village may eat all of the crops grown therefore leaving the villagers without any food, or the animals may crush all of the crops grown
people might have to walk a long way to get to the food which will take up a lot of time and effort and may lead to fatigue and if the walking conditions are poor it may lead to disease
if the crops are grown in poor conditions such as dirty water, they will be contaminated by disease and therefore will fail
shelter
peoples houses are not very stable therefore will collapse easily in hurricanes and earthquakes
the houses that they live in do not supply heating therefore can lead to hyperthermia in winter
the houses do not have very hygienic floors and walls or living areas which can cause disease
the houses do not have any light so when they try cook for example, they will find it hard in the dark
sanitation
villagers in underdeveloped countries may not be able to access clean water or the water may be contaminated and have a disease, therefore they will develop poor health resulting in death
when cooking/preparing food some people cannot access clean water to wash their hands therefore they will catch diseases such as salmonella
poorer countries won't be ale to access toilets therefore will have to walk through where they go to the loo resulting in disease
the road where they have to walk will be very muddy and filled with rubbish and dirt which can lead to disease
transportation
in poor countries it will be hard to transport the product to the villages in the hills as they do not have roads therefore it will not provide the help needed for those villages.
in the poor villages they are very far away from resources like food education and water, which means that it will take them a long time to get to places and it will make them very tired and will not be good for their health
they have to walk miles just to get to school which will make the children very tried and then they will not concentrate in lessons
they live far away from hospitals, so if they are badly ill or injured than they will not have much time to go all the way to the hospital
money
the villagers do not have enough money to access food or water resulting in hunger and thirst
they can not afford to go to school because it is too expensive and the schools are very far away
mothers will not have enough money to look after their children and will not be able to feed them
education
they do not have many schools near the villages
people cannot afford to send their children to school
they do not have enough teachers to teach the children
schools are too far away
