Organs, blood and blood plasma of human origin
Perishable goods and materials for medical research
Radioactive material
Live animals
Perishable or susceptible to descomposition or deterioration
Explosives, fuels and flammable goods
News paper, magazines and periodicals
Drugs and vaccines
Precious stones and metals, banknotes, coins
Bulk goods of great weight ir volume and dangerous cargo
Parts of machinery, as well as necessary supplies so as not to paralyse the productive process
Other merchandise that in the opinion of the intendant of the customs are classified as urgent shipments

Relief shipment
Definition
Goods destined to help the victims of natural disasters, epidemics and accidents.
For example
Vehicles or other means of transport
Food
Drugs and vaccines
Clothes
Stores
Prefabricated houses
Other merchandise that at the discretion of the intendant of the customs are classified as relief shipments
The dispatch shall be made by limiting customs control to the minimum necessary
The beneficiaries of the goods must present the DECLARATION to be numbered by CUSTOMS for its provisional procedure
Enclosing in the cases that correspond
A copy of commercial invoice
Self -settlement sheet cancelled and/or guarantee
The declaration must be regularized within a period not exceeding 10 days from the end of the download
If the period expired and the shipment is not regularized
Customs will not grant the beneficiary importer any equivalent treatment
Except in the cases of relief shipment and goods referred in article 61 of this regulation
Customs will automatically authorize the inclusion in the same DECLARATION of the goods arrived in different vehicles or different trips of the same vehicle, when:
Natural dissaster and other emergencies, with specific indication of the affected area
Armed conflict
Immidiate attention to lives in case of imminent danger
