  - - - Suggestion - ALF should do a Symposium on Sexual Harassment. We are in the best position for this because of the multiplicity of interventions that we are involved in. This will also give the researchers an opportunity to document, take interviews and engage with the cross sectional questions from the event.

        Consider systems of penalisation, why redressals keep failing, if it is violence what notion of justice are we placing on it

        Thinking beyond gender, because the discourse is in fact so gendered
        
        Consider the spacial realities of harassment, public space behavior, what are the underpinnings of a private public framework that addressed work based harassment

        The reality of sexual harassment being cornered and quartered off to the formal sector

      - Reasoning - I do not want to dive into the structure but take this initial meeting to see what perspectives the fellows have on emerging themes in the project. I also want to push them into questioning from the very offset, why any intervention is necessary, whether legal or otherwise
