Sacrifices
The Jews used to sacrifice people and animal a long time ago they stopped because they didn’t have a proper place to offer them since the Romans destroyed the Temple in Jerusalem where sacrifices were offered. The Torah specifically commands us not to offer sacrifices wherever we feel like it; we are only permitted to offer sacrifices in the place that G-d has chosen for that purpose and it would be considered as a sin to offer sacrifices in any other place.
613 commandments
The jews used a Tanakh also known as the hebrew Bible.
*The 613 commandments also known as mitzvot include positive commandments, to perform an act and negative commandments, to abstain from certain acts.
