Surround yourself with good people:People with strong family or public connections are more healthier than those who need a support network.Make suggestions with supportive family members and friends or seek out activities where you can meet new people such as a club class or group.

Break up the routine:Although our routines make us more well organised and intensify our feelings of security and safety a little change of pace can perk up a boring schedule.Change your jogging route,plan a road trip,talk a walk in a different park hang some new pictures or try a new restaurant.

EDANZ is a charitable organisation of parents who have experience in supporting a loved one with an eating disorder. We provide support, practical advice and understanding for parents and carers so they can help their loved one recover. We also provide education and advocacy for early detection, improvements in recovery outcomes and a clear and accessible pathway to evidence based treatment. . We are the only organisation of its kind operating nationally. The information we provide is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
