Physical: Try to feel where that feeling is coming from? is it coming from the arm, stomach, head, legs etc. Then describe that feeling in objection not judgement, example: an electrical feeling in the leg, a heat up in the heart, a shaky arm, NOT fear, anxiety, scared, nervousness, anger those are judgements. Everything is neutral until we label it as good or bad, just see it for what it is.
