The Open Window & Contents of a Dead Man's Pocket Analysis
Climax: After deep thought, he climbed out the 11 story high window to get the important yellow paper, even though it was very dangerous. When he got the paper, the window closed, preventing from getting back inside.
Climax: The aunt entered the room looking calmer and happier than the man expected, saying that her brothers and husband were about to come soon, which made the man very confused, and that she was insane.
Conclusion: The family was very surprised with the man's sudden dash. It turned out that Vera made up the whole story about her aunt's brothers and husband. They were out that same day and came in that same day, they never went missing. When her family asked her if she knew anything she lied to them too, saying that he had a fear of dogs.
Falling Action: Suddenly, he saw three figures coming from the open window and entering the house, he saw that Vera was very shocked and the aunt was completely calm. Terrified, the man ran away.

Resolution: When he entered the room again, he decided that instead of wasting his time on work, he should spend time with his wife instead, because relationships are worth more than money. As he opened the door to leave, the air blew the yellow paper out of the window. He laughed and left to join his wife.
Falling Action: He thought of many ways of getting back inside, but all of them failed or would take too much time. He finally broke the window by hitting it with his arm with a lot of force.
Introduction: Tom Benecke, a workaholic living 11 stories high in Lexington Avenue came back home from work. Later, his wife invited him to a movie that he really wanted to see, but he chose to stay home and start tommorow's work.
Rising Action: As he was saying goodbye to his wife, a yellow paper with 2 months worth of data flew out the window.
