Teacher files Statement of Concern
School-based student support team meets to discuss Statement of Concern
SST makes recomendations for interventions to be done in classroom
Interventions are tried for 6 weeks. Reviewed every 2 weeks and changes made as needed.
Students makes progress. Still may not be caught up with peers, but shows growth.
