      - Maintain personal and open relationship with parents of the child.
      - Have the parent go over the story and questions before hand.
- - - - Present the noted issues to management and korean co-teacher.
        
        Follow-up and encourage a personal meeting with the parents to discuss the next options. (Parental consent is needed before a child may be evaluated.)
