Use DJC site to find leads then cross reference the name of estate into Realist, any properties that may be associated save Realist PDF into Podio and fill out fields in Podio with corresponding info from DJC Site

Find any with names that are possibly from the estate and open lead in example above there are two possible leads

Open lead and go down to save, click quick #
Drag and drop the download from the bottom of the screen into the files field in podio #
continue with each possible realist lead, example above has two possible leads from realist

if realist lead only provides first initial and last name then open lead (example- "Ho, p" insead of "Ho, Paul")
