Rising hostilities between Hindus and Muslims.
Provincial election.(state election)
Compromise attempts failed.
Violence broke out in August 1946.
Mountbatten suggested for partition and Mahatma Gandhi, Muhammad Ali and Nehru.

Effects of conflicts on individuals and communities (Connection)
Both had lots of trouble to get to another place.
Even few hindu and muslim were killed as religion discrimination.
It affected mostly on punjab.
Till today kashmir is under this affect.
Gandhiji was assassinated in january 1948 by a hindu nationalist.

Conflict management strategies
To manage the conflict they seperated India and Pakistan. They both became thirsty for each other blood.
Central Idea
There are consequences to individuals and communities when conflict occurs
As the separation was happening all the Hindus and muslims needed to leave their assets over there. Both sides of people were affected mentally, physically and financially. Hatred spread on both side.
