What foods were new to the Aztecs?
There were a few new foods that the Europeans transferred to the Aztecs. The foods included coffee bean, peach, pear, olive, banana, honeybee, sugar cane, onion, turnip, grape, livestock and grains. The livestock included Cattle, sheep, pigs and horses; before the Spanish came, all tasks were done by man. Grains inlcuded wheat, rice, barely and oats
