Australian wine brand McGuigan Wines is set to unveil a premium range of de-alcoholised wines, called ‘Delight’ in April 2018 at Marks & Spencer stores in the UK. The range includes a 0.4% ABV Rosé and Moscato, with new variants to be launched soon.
In February 2018, US wine importer Guarachi Wine Partners launched a bacon-flavoured wine called 'Bacon'. Created as an expression of the makers’ love for the popular meat varietal, Bacon is bottled at 15% ABV and has notes of dark red fruits, pepper, burnt caramel and brambleberry jam.

In July 2018, The Brewer’s Table was launched in Austin. The concept eatery offers crossover ideas and ingredients in the food. For instance, byproducts from brewing can show up on a patron's plate as a hop leaf, beer-brined kraut or yeast pickles.
In November 2017, London’s Black Rock bar introduced a monthly whisky subscription service called Whisky-Me. Each month subscribers will receive a 5cl pouch of single malt whisky, chosen on basis of their exclusivity and rarity. Subscribers will also receive exclusive gifts after reaching subscription milestones.
